These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DGL CONSULTING ENGINEERS LLC regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
